1. About Evalora

Evalora is an AI-assisted platform for reviewing and improving grant proposals. It is operated by PINTECH DOO, a company registered in Skopje, Republic of North Macedonia ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using any part of the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or your organization. By using Evalora, you confirm that these conditions are met.

3. Your Account

When you register, you create an account linked to your organization. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure and confidential.
• All activity that takes place under your account.
• Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform.

4. Credits and Payments

Evalora uses a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when you run evaluations, generate improvement suggestions, or use other AI-powered features.

• Free Trial: new accounts receive complimentary credits, valid for 30 days from registration.
• Credit validity: credits from a plan are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. A credit top-up extends your credit validity by a further 6 months from the end of your current period. Any credits remaining when your validity period ends expire and cannot be restored or refunded.
• Account inactivity: your account stays active while you hold a valid credit period. If you make no further purchase and that period lapses — or, for an account that has never purchased, 12 months after registration — your account is paused: access to the app is suspended, although your uploaded data is retained. We email you at least 30 days before this happens. You can still sign in to reactivate at any time: making any plan or top-up purchase restores full access immediately.
• No refunds: all credit and subscription purchases are final and non-refundable. Each purchase immediately provisions AI processing capacity on our providers that we cannot reclaim, so we are unable to offer refunds. Where mandatory consumer law grants a right of withdrawal, by completing your purchase and beginning to use the credits you acknowledge that the digital service has started and you expressly waive that withdrawal right to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• All prices shown on the platform are in Euros and include applicable VAT where required.

We reserve the right to change credit pricing or package contents with reasonable notice. Changes do not affect credits already purchased.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Evalora only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or violates third-party rights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract the platform's underlying AI models or algorithms.
• Use the platform to generate content intended to mislead funding bodies or commit fraud.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute access to Evalora without our written consent.
• Upload documents containing sensitive personal data beyond what is strictly necessary for grant preparation.

6. Your Content and Data

You retain ownership of all proposals, documents, and organizational information you upload to Evalora ("Your Content"). By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process it solely for the purpose of delivering the requested service to you.

We do not claim ownership of your proposals or use them to train our AI models without your explicit consent.

You are responsible for ensuring that any content you upload does not violate applicable laws or third-party rights.

7. AI-Generated Output

Evalora uses AI to generate scores, suggestions, and evaluator simulations. These outputs are provided for informational and advisory purposes only. They do not constitute professional legal, financial, or grant consultancy advice.

We do not guarantee that following Evalora's suggestions will result in a successful grant application. Final responsibility for any submitted proposal rests with you.

8. Intellectual Property

The Evalora platform - including its design, code, AI models, scoring methodology, and documentation - is the intellectual property of PINTECH DOO. Nothing in these Terms transfers any rights to you beyond the limited license to use the platform as described herein.

9. Availability and Changes

We aim to provide a reliable, continuously available service but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the platform for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features of the platform with reasonable advance notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PINTECH DOO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of North Macedonia, where PINTECH DOO is registered, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence that apply to you. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Skopje, North Macedonia, subject to any mandatory right you may have to bring proceedings in your country of residence.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users via email or an in-platform notification at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after that period constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
