This means Evalora helps you improve your proposal while keeping the writing and final decisions entirely in your hands.

For each criteria you get a breakdown of strengths, what still needs attention, and prioritised improvement suggestions to address the gaps. The output is structured around the actual evaluation criteria - not a generic checklist - so every finding is directly relevant to how your application would be assessed against the call's evaluation criteria.

It simulates how two independent evaluators - with different assessment profiles - would score your proposal. You get a per-criteria breakdown with evaluator-style comments from each evaluator, and a list of red flags likely to draw negative attention. It is an AI-based simulation - not a guarantee of the actual score received by the real evaluators - but gives you a clear, structured view of how your application may be perceived before it leaves your desk.

Every suggestion is assigned a priority level - High, Medium or Low - and an estimated effort level, so you know where to focus your time. Credits are consumed per action: Funding Call Analysis costs 10 credits, Application Analysis costs 20 credits, Application Evaluation costs 10 credits, and Eva Grant Assistant costs 0.5 credits per conversation turn. A complete review cycle (1 analysis + 2 evaluations) costs 40 credits; Eva usage is additional. Credits remain valid for the full validity period of your plan (12 months for paid plans, 30 days for the free trial).

Evalora supports Word (.docx) documents for both the funding call and the proposal. You can upload documents at any stage of completion - Evalora works with whatever draft you have. There is no requirement to use a specific template or structure.

Eva is your built-in AI advisor, available throughout the review process. When you click "Improve with Eva" on any suggestion, Eva opens with full context of that specific criteria and recommendation - and guides you through implementing the change directly in your proposal. You can also ask Eva general questions about your proposal, the funding call criteria, or how to strengthen a specific section. Eva works within the context of your specific proposal and funding call, not as a generic chatbot.

Documents you upload are processed securely and used only to generate your analysis results. They are not shared with third parties. Each account's data is isolated and accessible only to the account holder.
